CISL leadership programme
What is the Sustainability Leadership Programme?
The Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and the Sustainable Development Unit have developed a Sustainability Leadership Programme for the Healthcare Sector which is delivered twice a year.
It provides high level workshops, master classes and networks for health sector leaders internationally.
The Programme’s overall objectives are to:
- Bring together health sector leaders involved in large scale change to share the knowledge, policy context and skills necessary to deliver a sustainable future health system
- To share across organisational and international boundaries the potential solutions to the challenges faced by health care organisations and professionals
- To create networks and alumni of operational, strategic and thought leaders in sustainable healthcare
- The core element of this programme, designed by the SDU and the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, is to provide an intensive two-day workshop, with 30 senior participants from the health, public health and social care sector. Learning is enhanced through provision of pre-reading materials.
