Participants sought for a research consultation in hospital design

Experienced clinicians and hospital facility managers are sought for a brief interview and software trial related to research in hospital design at the University of Sheffield School of Architecture.

The session will be less than an hour and consists of an individual interview and trial of a software application for capturing stakeholder knowledge in early design. The researchers will travel to your place of work at a time that is convenient for you.

The research project investigates the use of web-based tools to support the documentation of stakeholder knowledge in the early stages of hospital design. It is expected that the project will ultimately result in improved methods for knowledge capture and information management in the hospital design process, allowing the expertise of healthcare clinicians and hospital managers to inform the earliest stages of design. The software and methods for information management developed in the research will be shared with all participants.

More information on the project is available here.
